The position

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you ensure that the production process runs efficiently and meets the applicable aviation quality and safety standards (aviation environment PART21 subpart G compliant standards).

Your future job

Tasks and responsibilities

Translating product definitions from our innovative Design Organization into production instructions, inspections, routings, and required tools;
Creating clear assembly and inspection instructions;
Designing tools and equipment in 3D;
Generating inspection reports for initial articles to be made;
Continuous improvement of production engineering and manufacturing processes (APQP/Lean);
Supporting our internal review team in the deviation process;
Maintain oversight of the ME schedule to ensure deadlines are met.

Softwareskills

Impressing the team with your skills in 3D CAD software;
Working with CAD software is a breeze, so Creo Illustrate poses no challenge for you;
Proficiency in PLM Software (we use Windchill);
Office 365.

Your profile

HBO working and thinking level, supplemented with production and lean manufacturing techniques;
Relevant work experience;
Strong communication skills in the Dutch and/or English languages;
You are willing to work full-time (40 hours) and be present in the office.
