The position

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer, [TS1] who has the chance to make a considerable contribution to quality, and reliability of our products. As Quality Assurance Engineer you play an important part in our company’s product and organizational development process. Your responsibilities will be centered around conducting assigned Internal and External Quality- & Process Audits in accordance with the published Audit Plan against the Production Organisation Exposition (POE) procedures and customer requirements.

Your future job

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits and audits at suppliers;
  • Assess documented information for conformance to the requirements of airworthiness regulations;
  • Review external requirements and translate these to internal procedures and processes;
  • Implement improvements in conjunction with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams;
  • Support Customer and Regulatory 3rd Parties during audits;
  • Establish and maintain Quality Plans including monitoring the execution thereof;
  • Facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action activities;

Softwareskills/Softskills

  • Computer literate, Windows-based.
  • Data analysis and complex problem-solving skills;
  • Active listening and communication skills;
  • Strong written communication skills, especially as concerns expressing written instructions and reports in the English language.

Your profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent by experience;
  • Minimum of five years experience in aviation;
  • Knowledge of EASA Regulations and Quality System standards (e.g. AS9100). 
  • Willing to travel for to visit Authorities, Customers and Suppliers (Europe and globally).
