Vehicle Test Engineer
The position
As Vehicle Test Engineer, you are a key player in the Vehicle Test Organisation (VTO) team. In this role you will have the freedom and flexibility to support the test program of the vehicle in several manners and areas, managing both yourself and others to achieve financial & time-restricted goals. You will act as a knowledge hub for engineers, production personnel and certifying authorities. You will report to the VTO teamlead and directly to the HoDO.
Your future job
Tasks and responsibilities
- Creating test plans & managing test procedures.
- Managing and integrating telemetry and data collection systems.
- Supporting ground and flight test operations.
- Continuous improvement of testing procedures and processes.
- Supporting the Vehicle Test Organisation team.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in flight testing & equivalent operations.
- Autodidactic and open mindset with excellent people skills
- Flight experience and affinity with flying is advantegeous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
